Learning and Evaluation Partner for Changing Futures South Tees
We are currently in the role of Learning and Evaluation Partner for the 4-year, £4m South Tees Changing Futures Programme, working closely with public and voluntary sector partners. The role involves developing and elevating lived experience voice across the community, health, housing, alcohol & substance use and criminal justice sectors, so that learning can be shared, reflected on and lead to change. We work directly with programme Key Workers to support them to gather learning and reflections to inform both national and local evaluations, upskilling and empowering them to distil lessons learnt and evidence of effective practice into tangible and practical recommendations for both national Changing Futures partners and local stakeholders. As Learning Partner, we actively participate on the Changing Futures Voluntary Sector Forum, Chair the Housing Sub-Group and coordinate regular conferences focusing upon tackling multiple disadvantages. Our work for Changing Futures has given us key insight into delivering service for those impacted by substance use in a trauma informed way, the programme employs a Trauma Informed Practice Lead who has worked tirelessly to ensure that Key Workers and all connected partners are working with in a trauma informed way.
