Georgie joined the ERS Bristol Office as a Consultant in 2024, with a BA in International Relations and Politics and a MA in International Conflict and Security with a secondary specialisation in Political Communications and Strategy. During her time in education, Georgie developed skills in qualitative research, specifically Reflexive Thematic Analysis, gaining familiarity with research tools such as NVivo. She also spent time drafting and writing conflict policy papers. Additionally, Georgie has received training on best practice for interviewing vulnerable adults, specifically in the context of human trafficking.

Georgie has worked in both London and Brussels where she focused on Responsible Business and ESG Policy in industries such as Fintech and Hospitality. During which Georgie worked on quantitative monitoring and evaluation of Carbon Offset Programs and utilising emission monitoring tools such as Greenstone. At ERS, Georgie will provide support across evaluations, report writing and proposals.
